When the weather is too warm, we might hold off on sending your chocolate-filled parcel to ensure those treats arrive in prime condition. Don’t fret though, we’ll drop you an email if such a case arises. While we get that melted chocolate has its charms, we’re pretty sure you’ll enjoy our chocolates best when they’re at their smooth, velvety best!

We also take extra steps to protect your order in transit. Packages are clearly labelled with instructions to keep them out of direct sunlight. Orders are kept chilled until the moment they’re collected.

Although we do everything we can to minimise the risk, we can’t take responsibility for any melting that occurs during warm weather, as we have no control over temperatures once the parcel leaves us.
