Where are you based?

While we do not have a physical store at the moment, our chocolates are lovingly handcrafted in the heart of Kingston upon Thames, UK. We’re proud to be part of this vibrant community and to uphold a five-star hygiene rating. More details about our rating can be found on the Food Standards Agency website.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

Please send us an email at as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to assist with any changes, provided your order has not yet been packed.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Do you ship internationally?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but since we work in small batches, it can take up to 5 working days for some orders to be dispatched. However, most orders ship much sooner.

We do offer shipping outside of the UK, with the shipping cost determined by the weight of your order.

Where is my order? How can I track a package?

You will receive email confirmations both when your order is placed and when it is shipped. The shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number for your convenience.

How should I store my chocolates?

To keep your chocolate fresh, store it in a cool, dry place (15-19°C) away from light and strong odours. Use an airtight container and avoid refrigeration. If refrigerated, let it return to room temperature before serving.

What is the shelf life of your chocolates?

Our chocolates have varying shelf lives ranging from 1 month to 1 year, depending on the flavour. Please check the individual product pages for specific shelf life information.

How do my reward points (ChocoPoints) work?

For every ÂŁ1 you spend, you earn 3 reward points! Accumulate 100 points to receive ÂŁ2 off.

Additionally, earn 1 point for every ÂŁ1 spent by anyone using your referral link.

What is your return policy?

As a policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on our products to minimize food waste and for food safety reasons. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at with your name, order number, order date, and photos. We aim to address your concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction with our products and service.

My order has been delivered incorrectly/damaged.

Please contact promptly upon receiving your order, including photo evidence. We require pictures to assist with resolving the issue.

What allergens are contained in your products?

Can I request a specific delivery date?

You can specify the dispatch date for your order in the notes section during checkout and we will do our best to make it happen.
