We pack our Easter bunny very carefully and breakages are thankfully extremely rare, but as they are still fragile treats, we can’t take responsibility for any damage that may occur during delivery and aren’t able to replace or refund items broken in transit.
Our chocolate is crafted in Kingston upon Thames, England, using cocoa sourced through Rainforest Alliance or Cocoa Horizons certified programmes. This ensures that every piece of chocolate supports ethical trade, sustainable farming, and better livelihoods for cocoa-growing communities.
